We had an amazing time with our family! The pool was beautiful and always clean. We loved the live music that kept the vibe lively each evening. The only downside was that some of the rooms felt a bit dated, but that didn't stop us from enjoying our stay. 😊

The beach is very good, the entertainment staff, waiters, maintenance. The breakfast is very varied and complete. The buffet dinner is very good, the desserts are very varied, although there was more fruit at dinner.

We had an accident at the hotel games and did not have the necessary attention/orientation to be attended in hospitals/sanatoriums by the hotel, although I had travel assistance, I think we should have a greater concern from the hotel, mainly because the accident was in the hotel facilities. she found out, manager gave us a courtesy transfer from the hotel to the hospital and made herself available to us. next day I requested a reservation for a quincho to have shade because of the impediment to go to the sea, beach or pool and we were told that NO, there are no exceptions. seems to me incorrect in view of the situation we were in. Quinchos are scarce, people reserve them from 5 am and they become almost impossible to use. reception is not air-conditioned and heat is overwhelming.

We liked everything! We traveled with our 1 year and 4 month old baby. area where he is is very quiet, as in all PDG. ROOMS: The room was spacious, comfortable. New. They added a cradle for us. bathroom with the necessary. Pretty good hair dryer, you could tell it was new too. Comfortable mini-bar, with enough space to store things we used to buy at the market two blocks away. beds are very comfortable. cleaning was excellent. last day (we added a day) they changed us to another one in another wing of the complex. They were less modern but comfortable rooms anyway. Smaller too. MEALS: We reserved only breakfast and being there, first day we added the half board. It is convenient because during the day you can take advantage of it to make excursions and during the night you can eat at the hotel. Breakfast is very good. We liked the variety of things. lunches we made at the hotel were all good. menu is varied. Prices are moderate. The half board dinners are buffet. dishes vary every day. We liked it quite a bit too. FACILITIES. BEACH AND PILE: The hotel is very nice, clean venue. neat, well maintained, common areas are always clean. pool is very nice but the water tends to be cool. With the baby we didn't get into it much. we could be quiet around. in the gazebos. lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas, bar in the pile seemed good, We're not into alcohol so we didn't try any drinks. beach was spotless. With tables and chairs with umbrellas and lounge chairs available. sea is very moving. Lots of waves. There are games for kids and a pool table. In the afternoon. Paraguayan hammocks hang next to the pool and go to the rooms. In general, hotel is very comfortable. it eats well and it is very familiar. Great for those of us who go with kids, best thing, attention of all the staff. It's EXCELLENT. love toooodos,

There's nothing that's upset us

The beach was beautiful, and we enjoyed many fun activities. We visited a vibrant beach club and spent a day at Praia dos Carneiros. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

One downside was being told off for filling a small water bottle during breakfast. A free water fountain would be a great addition.

Was a little loud at times because of all the people. But otherwise there is nothing negative to report.

Large, beautiful facility with a lot of staff who work with heart and soul: very friendly and efficient! . Good food, big room, all good!

The hotel stayed true to its reputation with a beautiful beach right in front and a clean pool. The staff were friendly, especially with daily activities and live music that created a great atmosphere. This was a fantastic break during our long journey, exceeding my expectations!

food prices were a bit high

The staff was simply marvelous.

It´s a bit overpriced. They charge you as if it was a resort but in fact it´s just a nice common beach hotel. You probably can get the same service for less at the other hotels nearby.

The facility is located directly at the sea. However, it is more suitable for families, as it is quite loud.

This place suits me perfectly, with great amenities like air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a good poolside snack bar. The staff even helped me with late check-out on my first stay. Highly recommend!

The hotel was very nice. It is located near the ocean, and we had a view on the ocean from the bed (deluxe room). The ocean was very warm. We liked the place quite a lot. And the hotel is very close to Porto de Galinhas where you can go any time if you want to buy something or eat something different from the food you have in the hotel. The dinner in the hotel is buffet with quite diffferent food which is quite good.The staff was very kind and helpful. Most of all we liked that the hotel provided us with the early check-in and late check-out absolutely for free. It was very nice and made our stay in the place very comfortable. Thanks a lot to the hotel staff!

There are not so many people who speak english in the hotel. It would be nice to have a description of the excursions in English to make it more clear what you'll get. The food in the hotel from the menu (lunch) is quite expensive.

Wonderful location directly on the beach. Beautiful, very well maintained facility.

There is a construction site that can be heard on one side of the hotel during the day. But of course it is temporary and only affects some rooms.

Great Family Space with Wonderful Activities!

Our family stayed in a standard room for 4 nights. The beach vibes here are fantastic. The animation team brought the energy with daily activities! We loved the attentive service and the varied dining options, though the food prices felt a little steep. Bring a reusable water bottle!

The leisure area was fantastic, with a beautiful beach right in front and a clean, inviting pool. The outdated bathrooms were a downside, and the food prices felt a bit steep. And a loud atmosphere throughout the day might not suit everyone's preferences.

Why didn't I try this sooner?

I stayed four nights with my family and couldn't believe the fun we had! The clean pool, beautiful beach, and friendly staff created a fantastic atmosphere. Daily live music and endless activities for kids kept us entertained, while the compact layout of the hotel made everything easily accessible. Truly an lovely experience!
